Returns and Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or damaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping

Please send your return to Noodle & Beer, 31 Bell Ln, London E1 7LA. You will be responsible for paying your return costs.

If you are shipping an order over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping costs are non refundable.

Standard Delivery

Standard UK delivery is £6 for orders under £50, and free for orders of £50 or more. Your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Next Working Day Delivery

UK Next Working Day delivery is £12. Your order will be dispatched on the same day if you order before 18:00 (GMT) on a working day, and should be with you the following day. For special UK postcodes we provide a Two Working Day service, see below for specific postcodes.

Click and Collect

Your order will be delivered to our restaurant and will be available from 12 noon (Mon-Sun) on the collection date. You’ll receive an email or text message with details of your collect. As soon as your order is ready to collect you’ll be notified by email / SMS, and all you need to do to collect your order is take your photo ID. Orders are kept for up to 7 days so you can collect at a time to suit you.
